Return Policy & Information

We know that you are going to love your purchases from Fleur De Lis Fashions.Com, but should you have to return any item, we can help!

Return Policy: Within a 30 day review period from the date of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product, we will gladly refund your purchase, provided the product is new and unworn. We do not process returns or exchanges after 30 days. There will be no exceptions to the 30 day policy. We do not accept returns on belly rings or body jewelry.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns and or exchanges. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

To return your product, please email us at sales@fleurdelisfashions.com with RETURN in the subject line. Please include your name, date of purchase and the reason for your return. Include a copy of your email with the return; without this information, your refund cannot be processed.

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt. It is recommended that you ship your package back with delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost packages. USPS mail or UPS ground shipping is the only way we will accept a return.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. We are an online store only.
