Shipping Rules and Regulations
  • While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CHOOSING EXPEDITED SHIPPING!

  • UPS DOES NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS.


  • Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared.

  • If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by email.

  • All UPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
Tax Information

Fleur De Lis Fashions is required by law to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to Louisiana addresses.


  • For shipments to St. Tammany Parish, the applicable local tax is 8.75%.

  • For shipments in all other Louisiana parishes the applicable local tax is 4.00%.

    These taxes are calculated in your shopping cart.



    When will I receive my order?

    Each product page has an estimated availability to help you determine processing time. The processing time does not include transit time. Orders are processed and shipped M-F not including holidays. Once your order has been processed allow 1-3 additional business days for ground shipping delivery. Express delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. Allow processing time plus two business days for 2 Day Air delivery. Allow processing time plus three business days for 3 Day delivery.

    Will I receive a tracking number?

    Yes, you will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

    What carrier do you use?

    We use UPS to ship orders.

    If I choose 2 Day Air will I receive my order in 2 days?

    No, 2 Day Air and 3 Day delivery only apply to the time in transit in business days. Your order will still need to be processed before it can be shipped.

    Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    Will my order arrive in one box?

    Most of the time yes, unless a large quantity of items are placed. Sometimes this will require additional boxes.

    Do you ship to International addresses?

    Currently at this time we do not ship to these addresses.
